What I learned was
You can have great confidence in a returns situation. If you need a simple part such as a gasket for a union then god bless you as they don't have any sort of system in place that can get you to the right size flat rubber gasket for a standard size union when you can give them the exact thickness and inside and outside diameter in a water only pump. Seems to me it would be simple but they couldn't get it done over several days and multiple pictures leaving me the only alternative being to buy a new pump and a new union for a ten cent gasket that costs ten bucks and so I went elsewhere.

Great OEM gasket
I expected the Grundfos gasket to seal properly on their own product and it worked flawlessly. Can't say anything more than that, quite satisfied.
