Round Duct Metal Diffuser
The white round metal diffuser that was ordered, is what I expected it to be. It was easy to place the order and it was delivered in good condition in the time range indicated.
I used this product to connect to an exposed 10" round duct and with a little maneuvering of the existing duct screw tabs, it mounted nicely.
Although there was a note saying that "Size indicates approximate size of wall opening needed"; there was a brief hesitation during the ordering process because It was not totally clear to me whether the 10" dimension given would fit on a 10" round duct. But it did fit...all is good.

Ceiling diffuser looks great!
Be aware of the placement of the screw holes compared with your older model. We had to modify & drill extra holes closer to the edge to accommodate the 10" opening.

A good first time experience.

This is made of metal. the damper is part of the ductwork... this is just the vent cover only

This diffuser does not have a built-in damper to control the flow of air – it is always open. If you want to be able to open and close for air flow, you will need a different diffuser or grille, or could install a separate damper into the duct upstream of your diffuser.
