One little hidden register was slightly smaller. Jumped on the website and looked up related sizes to the group of registers we just purchased and found as good fits to the other locations. Voila! Missing in action
No screws to attach the diffuser were included and the plastic piece for the louver was also missing! Come on, are you people that cheap!!

Bad design: you can see the floor through the air-grid and there are not instructions at all of how to disassemble it in order to install it.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffTaking the unit apart for installation should not be difficult. The top of the face portion pops out of the body of the grille. There is a simple removable hinge on the bottom of the face.
