Great looking, good quality and reasonably priced diffusers
Remodeling my daughter's older home with a small budget I needed to find Very Reasonable new vent diffusers for the entire house. I looked at all the big box stores, all over the internet and anywhere else I thought might have them. I had previously purchased a water heater from Supplyhouse.com and checked the diffusers there. I found I could purchase a whole house worth of diffusers from supplyhouse.com for the cost of 3 of them at a big box store or anywhere on the internet. The diffusers are modern looking and high quality!

Flimsy
I bought this product as well as the 24" diffuser to replace 50 year old Hart & Cooley diffusers, which were made of very heavy gage steel that had been painted repeatedly and were stuck open. This product is made of very thin gage steel that dents easily. In addition, the valve does not stay open unless you bend the valve control stem to keep it open. I had the products replaced 3 times because the ones shipped were either dented or the corners were crushed. SupplyHouse was great about replacing the products but the products are junk. Spring for the Hart & Cooley diffusers if you can find them.

These baseboard diffusers are of high quality and strength. the finish quality is excellent, they are not thin or cheap.

Really like the products
The product specifications were spot on, although the box was undamaged, there were some minor damage to the vents themselves. Mainly the vent dampers. The control arms were bent to the side and I was able to bed them back in the proper position so they functioned as normal. I would buy the product again if I needed to.

Be prepared to submit a replacement request. I had several shipments and each time units showed up damaged in transit. Nowhere near enough packing material is used to secure the product. Otherwise, the product is fine, works as expected.
