1/2" CTS ProGuard Pre-assembled Kit for PEX Only Sink/Lavatories - (1) SB4 Bracket, (2) #734 Turn-Out Supports

I did use this on Pex A pipe. I am writing this to confirm that while it is a bit difficult to get the nut part tightened on it is possible with a few tips and tricks. Start off by trying to tighten it without putting it through the bracket it helps to bend the pex pipe upwards. Once you get it to tighten on back it out and mark where the thread first engaged. Feed it back through the bracket and do the same thing that you did and it should go on much much easier. Bending the pipe upwards is what made the huge difference.

This was way too difficult to use and the components broke. Sharp edges on the bend support scarred the pex on install, causing us to re-run a section. Little numbs on the twist turn also broke. Good thought, poor execution

I used to be a copper stub out guy however nothing's beats less in the wall mechanical connections and smooth flow between material transition. This does just that. Much simpler to secure in place where I need and have my guys run pipe where I specify especially with vanities that require offset trap locations. As long as you tighten all the clamps and throw in a few extra tec screws in the cross-grid it holds everything firmly in place. Best of all, for this entire assembly the price is great.
