How to rebuild zone valves?
Replaced boiler in my 30 year old radiant heat floor system. All works fine but noticed that some zone valves were leaking hot water through. Took one apart - the rubber ball inside was very small (wear and tear), so it was not sealing properly. This kit allowed me to rebuild all 5 zone valves by replacing the rubber balls. Almost $20 per one kit is a bit pricy but much cheaper than replacing all zone valves. Hope all will work fine - will verify next heating season.

Easy repair
Quick and simple repair to your leaking zone valve problem. Found my zone valves had broken o-rings causing major leaks. This simple repair kit did the trick. Very easy and simple repair. Thanks!

Did the trick
Don't let anyone tell you these don't fail. Too hot water will turn them hard and make them crack. Perfect replAcement and worked fine.
