I have had issues with these not lasting very long.
The price is good but the quality is missing. They don't last very long and I have found the reason that they don't, is related to the mounting screw holes being out of tolerance and binding up the actuator. Supplyhouse.com is great and I brought this to their attention. Save yourself some headache and buy the complete unit with actuator with the sweat valve. toss the valve or use it for a rebuild. The actuator on the complete setup is different and of better quality!! The part # for the entire unit is V8043A1011

worked with powerhead conversion kit
Had old Honeywell zone valve (prior 1986) that does exist anymore. Used V8043A head with 2-way powerhead conversion kit, 40003918-006. Worked great..solved problem.

I have had issues with these not lasting very long.
