Perfect fit
I determined that the gear train inside the motor housing was slipping. So I went online and found the zone valve at Pex, but didn't want to replace the whole valve. Then I clicked on related items and there was the motor listed. I was a little apprehensive about ordering it since I did not have a parts list for the valve. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. I received the part [...] and installed it in 10 minutes. Heat has been working ever since. Thanks PEX.

The motor I needed
These fit my zone valves. Replace them all the time. Reality is, the motors are much cheaper than replacing the entire valves. In this day of 200,000 mile cars, I do not understand why these motors are so fragile.

Yes you can as long as you're only changing the motor. It doesn't matter if the valve is stuck open because when you change the motor you are only handling the wires, you're not opening the pipe.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffIt is unlikely that a Honeywell motor would work with an Erie actuator.. Part 30-118-A is the replacement motor for AG13A01A actuators.

Q: Tere are two yellow wire,and there is orange and yellow comming from motor , which on should be connected with transformer R terminal

Q: I have a White-Rodgers 2E290A zone valve. Will the 802360JA/U replacement motor fit the White-Rodgers valve? If not, can you recommend a motor that will fit?

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThe Honeywell motor will not work on the 2E290A valve. Part 13S16-101 is White-Rodgers' recommended replacement for the entire zone valve.

Q: The label of the product I have has all the same information except the numbers at the very bottom, a group of 4 digits followed by two digits. Mine is 1040 40 but as I stated all other numbers including the UPC are the same. So what is the difference?

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThose numbers are likely the date code. As long as you are trying to replace the motor on a V8043A, V8043E, or V8043F zone valve this should be the correct part.
