Product works as claims
Plumber installing heating system could not get the unit to work. I had to hire an electrician to figure out why the plumber's installation burned out a zone valve and almost one of the transformers: A jumper wire in the Interface was on the wrong terminals. NO help to the homeowner from Honeywell and several calls needed from the electrician to Honeywell to figure the issue out, but it seems to be working now, as it should. SUPPLY HOUSE was great though - Fast & Friendly.

Great product was installed in a carrier rooftop unit
I also had to add the thm4000 to boost the signal on the unit because the EIM was installed in the return air compartment

It works like I hoped
It gives me wireless installation and remote viwing. I can put my thermostat anyplace I want, no wires. I can see house temperature anywhere I have internet. Installation instructions are a bit disjointed.
