Bought to Replace Existing Honeywell Product
Existing control system used the same Honeywell battery operated WiFi T-stat that failed. While Honeywell's WiFi and IoT products UX design appear to be vintage 1980's (I have purchased other WiFi product that appear to be better suited for AOL dial-up!), I didn't want to purchase a new receiver module as well and purchased this. It does work though though the delay to for the condenser unit to fire when called caused unnecessary troubleshooting time to confirm the T-Stat was actually communicating properly.
If you are building a new system, find another product. If you are replacing an existing, it is fine.
