- Adjustable range stops.
- Mechanical visual position indicator for damper status.
- Solid construction using extruded aluminum frame and blades.

- Quieter operation with fewer blades.
- Simple, easy-to-wire, two-wire installation.
- Reliable, strong, 24-volt spring-return motor.
- Fail-safe, normally open operation.
- Compatible with conventional and networked zoning.
- Ordering Instructions: Order ZD (dimension 1) x (dimension 2). (Motor is always mounted on dimension 2 side.) For example, ZD10x8 is a 10 in. x 8 in. damper with the motor on the 8 in. side; but a ZD8x10 is a 8 in. x 10 in. damper that has the motor on the 10 in. side.
- Damper can be installed in any orientation (mounting side can be on either the bottom or the side of the duct).

Replacement Zone Dampers
After replacing a furnace and AC, client asked to upgrade their zone system since that had failed and dampers were left in open position. I was amazed at how these dampers fit perfectly into the existing space. Definitely an upgrade as the multi blade unit was constructed better than the old single blade unit. The Honeywell's also had a "bypass" option on the actuator which accommodated "bleed through" which will help since there is no bypass on this system. I set to the smallest amount which was 16%. Easy install, rugged and works flawlessly.

Replaced a Lennox damper with this one, to start Lennox is the worst to deal with, this damper is a great replacement for any duct damper it can be wired for any application

Needed a replacement damper motor.
Have a 3 zone system, one furnace in my Home. One damper motor needed to be replaced after 20 years. The new updated model was an easy replacement. Price was fair, arrived as promised. I am a DIY home owner and a utube video walked me through the replacement in less than 10 minutes ..

Worked Perfectly, Easy Install
Had to replace a cheap model that came with the house. The only thing I did not notice it this was a little taller so had to cut the opening larger which was no issue thanks to Dremel. Got it installed and working within about 20 minutes and saved a ton over having a local HVAC company do it. Would highly recommend doing it yourself, was real straight forward and easy.

Easy to install
I saved hundreds of dollars with this installation. Some modification of the opening was necessary but it worked. Simply six screws in two wires was all that was necessary to install this Unit. Very happy now. My old damper was stuck in closed position causing a backdraft into my furnace and making a whistle sound. Now the air conditioning is free to go to the second floor rather than being pushed back into the cellar. Oh, what a relief.
