Description

Pressure reducing valves are for automatic control of hot water
boiler make ups and other pressure reducing applications.
The Fillmaticô valve is factory set for 12 psi (83 kPa). To change this setting, loosen the jam nut. Then turn the hex head adjusting screw clockwise to increase the set pressure or counterclockwise to lower the set pressure. When the desired pressure is obtained, tighten the jam nut while holding the adjusting screw stationary.

A low pressure regulator that works
I wanted to keep boiler pressure at 5-psi on the suction side of the pump, that is an 11-foot water column and more than is needed for the application. This regulator does this better than several others that I have tried. When the pump comes on the maximum boiler pressure on the pumps high side is 20-psi. Well away from the boilers 30-psi rating.
