This Bronze High Capacity Feed Water Pressure Regulator is for use in commercial and residential hydronic heating systems to fill the boiler and piping system with water, and to maintain water pressure in the system at all times. It also provides make-up water to the system in the event of system leaks.

Perfect replacement
This is a genuine Watts brass regulator, which replaced a cast iron version that rusted out after 30+ years. Was exactly as described, received it next day, and has been working perfectly since installation.

I would buy this product again
I had a defective WATTS SB1156f autofeeder, it was the first time I have ever seen this and I have been doing this work for 3 plus decades. The actual cast of the valve body was leaking through the cast…customer service at supplyhouse was great but I'm only giving a 4 star for this reason and this reason alone…customer is apparently responsible to pay shipping back to supplyhouse for defective parts…not something I feel should be the customers responsibility. Out of courtesy according to the representative I spoke with, the company took care of the shipping this time. New replacement WATTS SB1156F autofeeder working fine so far.

The regulator, in the box, was set to 15 psi according to the literature. I wanted to set the pressure to 10 psi and at best could set it to about 13 psi (the gauge reading that was also purchased). Other than that, all went well and I'd buy the product(s) again.
