This valve has a one-year warranty from the date of installation.
The packing for V5013B1037 units is part 30041036-854. Part 30067858-001 is the packing nut.
As long as you sized all the system components and they will work for your application, you can do this.
It sounds like this may be actually a diverting application and not a mixing application. If that is the case the wrong valve is being used. The V5013B1011 is a mixing valve. The V5013C1019 is a diverting valve.
Check pressure in line and the model number of motor to make sure it can handle the torque of this application.
