The ICM2812-KIT is a universal replacement board that comes packaged with a series of cable harnesses that make it a replacement for the White-Rodgers 50M56U-843 and more than 150 competitive part numbers.

Works well. Documentation is a terse.
I replaced a Carrier HK42FZ009 with this board. The refurbished Carrier boards have been lasting only 1-2 years in my furnace so I decided to try something else. This board provides great value and is brand new.
The wiring harness for my furnace fit perfectly. I found the documentation lacking in the following way...
The signal names on the Carrier board are different from the ICM board names. I had to guess sometimes. It took me a while and to confirm that "Park" on this board meant "Spare" on the Carrier board. While I know it would be a bunch of work, if the documentation gave a name to name translation table. Installation would then be a breeze.
I installed this board and it works just fine. I would recommend it to others.

For Carrier/Bryant/Payne - stay away
Does this board work for Carrier, Bryant and Payne furnaces? Yes, but it leaves the board practically unservicable!!!! The low voltage terminals are located in a spot where you can't reach them with a screwdriver or a voltage meter. For other brands, I do not have any experience but for the brands I mentioned above....please stay away!!!

Excellent Product.
I have used many ICM parts over the years but this is my first furnace control board. I used this to repair a 20+ year old Carrier furnace. It came with all of the items needed for a speedy install, truly plug n play. I highly recommend keeping one of these on your service vehicle. It is a life saver and a time saver.

Solid product, great tech support, would buy again
I replaced a proprietary board in a Bryant/Carrier furnace with this board from ICM. Straight forward installation, and tech support was excellent with the few questions I had. Great product, great support, significantly cheaper w/same feature set as the "official" replacement part, assuming it lasts awhile, a great value.

I would definitely buy again
I bought a control board for my furnace. It works great so far. The instructions didn't mention that for an American standard the blower wire goes on the hi heat instead of the low heat( at lest I don't remember reading it). But once I figured that, it has been working as it should. Great people to buy from.

Supply House is the best!
The ICM control board kit solved the short-cycling issue on my York furnace. I especially like that they are made in America, and used their products whenever I could as an HVAC service tech (retired). Shipping was very fast.
