50% chance DOA
purchase twice, 2 same items each time, and 1 out of 2 was DOA right after package opened and tested. Not sure if it was just my bad luck. My AC's original fuse is exactly same SKU, and has been working fine for 1.5 years. One new fuse has been burned after 2 weeks running. Not sure if it was a fault of the fuse, or my Motor or Capacitor has issue.

I was working on a heat pump in Az and found one of the fuses blown. I replaced with this product and the unit worked with no problems. Even though I was working out of state I still ordered from Supply House and received the correct item very quickly.
