Can't find anything to complain about ...
We use this to pump out water from our basement slop sink. It handles mostly laundry water.
It is exactly the same size as the old one it replaced which had to be over 15 or 20 yrs old.
Being the same size with the very same connection fittings made it a breeze to install.
Gave it 4 stars only because it's been installed a couple weeks, so its not yet time tested.
If we could rate Supply House separately they would get 5 stars. Supply House is fantastic. Super fast delivery, great helpful customer service, free shipping, etc.
We would buy from SH anytime.

We bought the sump pump and left it in the box in the basement kitchen until electrical, plumbing, and cabinetry were completed (~11 months). When we pulled it out of the box and placed it in the cabinet, we thought it looked funny but installed it and immediately realized it was broken. Apparently we are not the only ones to have received a broken basin. I recommend checking your basin and pump right away.

3.5 gallon tank version had to be replaced
Smaller tank version had to be replaced after 6 weeks, pump would not turn off. But everyone I spoke with at SupplyHouse was incredibly pleasant and helpful. And 5 gallon version is working fine (so far)

Perfection!
It replaced my old Drainosaur and was easy to install. It works waaaaay more efficiently than the old one. It's quiet and pumps our washing machine's gray water up and out in a few seconds at a time. I have absolutely no complaints with this unit.

So far so good. Came promptly and in original professional packaging (to be expected but not always the case nowadays). After our old pump didn't shut off anymore, after 20 years, I bought the same model again. So happy it's still around. The price is also great in comparison. It's been in smooth operation for a few weeks, pumping up the water from washer and dryer in the basement, and all good.
