Includes 5-gallon polypropylene tank. Tank lid has 1 1/2" FNPT (38.1mm) side intake port, 1 1/2" FNPT (38.1mm) top discharge port, and 2" FNPT (51mm) top vent port. Easy-to-remove filter trap. Also includes 3/10 HP automatic submersible sump pump with 8' (2.4m) power cord and 3-prong grounded plug; and 1 1/2" (38.1mm) diameter pipe from pump to lid. Basin is IAPMO approved.

Can't find anything to complain about ...
We use this to pump out water from our basement slop sink. It handles mostly laundry water.
It is exactly the same size as the old one it replaced which had to be over 15 or 20 yrs old.
Being the same size with the very same connection fittings made it a breeze to install.
Gave it 4 stars only because it's been installed a couple weeks, so its not yet time tested.
If we could rate Supply House separately they would get 5 stars. Supply House is fantastic. Super fast delivery, great helpful customer service, free shipping, etc.
We would buy from SH anytime.

Disappointed
We bought the sump pump and left it in the box in the basement kitchen until electrical, plumbing, and cabinetry were completed (~11 months). When we pulled it out of the box and placed it in the cabinet, we thought it looked funny but installed it and immediately realized it was broken. Apparently we are not the only ones to have received a broken basin. I recommend checking your basin and pump right away.

The first one I received had broken parts. I contacted them and they had another one sent out that I received the following day. The first company representative wasn't so helpful. The second person I talked to,she was fantastic and got things squared away.

Unit was damaged when received.
The new unit arrived with heavy damage to the box. Discharge tube was broken off at the pump housing. Fortunately, we were able to use old discharge tube after removing broken tube thread from pump.

Ordered this pump yesterday and received it this afternoon only to find that there were pieces broken and deformed. Was hoping to be able to get it installed today so we could use our washing machine however now I have to send it back and get a replacement which could take some days.

3.5 gallon tank version had to be replaced
Smaller tank version had to be replaced after 6 weeks, pump would not turn off. But everyone I spoke with at SupplyHouse was incredibly pleasant and helpful. And 5 gallon version is working fine (so far)

Perfection!
It replaced my old Drainosaur and was easy to install. It works waaaaay more efficiently than the old one. It's quiet and pumps our washing machine's gray water up and out in a few seconds at a time. I have absolutely no complaints with this unit.

So far so good. Came promptly and in original professional packaging (to be expected but not always the case nowadays). After our old pump didn't shut off anymore, after 20 years, I bought the same model again. So happy it's still around. The price is also great in comparison. It's been in smooth operation for a few weeks, pumping up the water from washer and dryer in the basement, and all good.
