3.3" Multi-Horsepower Refrigeration Motor, 1/12, 1/15, 1/20HP (115/230V)

This is a standard motor that I have used several dozen times, it does multi hp, multi-voltage, multi mounting, and multi-direction, I purchased them for truck stock, and the motor is fine, but from supplyhouse.com is a different story, Had a motor have a bearing issue in thee weeks of service went to exchange it and supplyhouse had me give them the model and a serial number of the evaporator before they would process the warranty, I thought this was strange, they told me it was the manufacturer's requirement, I checked with Mars, and they said it was not. When I gave them the information, they told me that using this on a Heatcraft evaporator was not a brand they would support, and there is no warranty at all, Please look at the image attached, it shows the supplyhouse website with Heatcraft listed, In fact, heatcraft and its variants (Bohn, Larken, Chandler, Etc) are the largest refrigeration company in the world and this motor is an exact factory replacement, (even listed in the packaging). To be fair they did exchange this motor but told me i have been warned, (and documented) and no motor from supplyhouse will be warranted unless is it used on a brand they approve use by them. I really belive this policy must be some kind of misunderstanding,
