Brand new, cleared two drains right away.
Ive been plumbing for 14 years, been really skeptical of anything air powered to clear lines… but i can see how this has its place on stubborn old galvy lines where a cable is very difficult to get in. The biggest thing is dont over pressurize it or you'll blow out slipjoints. Use wet rags to seal overflows and make sure the nozzles are seated well to avoid a mess. I hope it lasts since other Milwaukee drain products are complete .trash

Awesome tool in the hands of the right person
Its an awesome piece of drain cleaning equipment in the hands of a trained professional drain tech, but homeowners i would not suggest it for when it comes to the expertise of using this tool in many drain applications this drain tool scale of 1thru10 is easily at a 9 in terms of knowing how to use properly, in other words in less your a plumber or better yet an expert drain tech u better stick to a small cable machine better yet call a pro

I would not buy this product again
It always makes more of a mess with blow back. Disappointed as I have used it multiple times with no success in clearing clogs!
