Absolute waste of time
This was sent to replace the first one that was damaged and it didn't even make it to the job when I received an email that it was damaged in transit and undeliverable. I wasted 2 weeks while Supplyhouse failed twice at properly packing and shipping the heater. Go to your local supply house and don't waste your time with this place trying to ship anything that can be damaged easily. The fulfillment center has cost me thousands in delays.

Don't waste your time.
I ordered this because it was in stock and needed for a job. Whoever shipped it didn't repack it or strap it to a pallet so both of the fittings were bent and they can't guarantee that a replacement will be shipped properly or on time.

I would never buy this product from Supply House again
I usually buy from my local vendor (F.W. Webb) but I needed the heater quickly and the price was cheaper through Supply House. The heater showed up with sipping damage. I contacted Supplyhouse, sent pictures, and told them what happened. I told them they needed to package the heater better and mark it as fragile. I sent it back as requested and eventually I received another one. Same thing. Box falling apart, heater damaged, box not marked as fragile. I sent it back AGAIN,..mind you this weighs 80 lbs. so not fun to drag around to ship it back. This time I just got the refund. I ordered one from Webb. The heater showed up in perfect condition.
