The right parts for out of production Chateau faucets
My order included two Moen 1224 Faucet cartridges, a Moen 97479 Montecello exrension tube kit, and a Moen 14272 retainer removal tool. This review will cover all of the parts. The cartidge was a perfect fit in our Moen Chateau faucet. I was concerned that Moen listed the Monticello extension kit as a replacement for both my Chateau and the Monticello faucets, because the picture on their web page did not appear to show the same parts as my Chateau exploded view. But the picture on your website was different and clearly showed the longer tubes required for the Chateau faucet. The removal tool worked very well and made the job much easier. As a bonus, your prices for all the parts was very competitive, and I appreciated the prompt shipping beacuse the faucet had already been taken apart.

Would not buy this product again.
This was used to replace the cold water side of faucet. After the replacement I turned back on the cold water only faucet. Cold water side continued to drip when Faucet was closed shut.

This is a Moen part. It has taken care of my issues with leaks and shutting off in the correct position. I had troubles with the aftermarket parts.
