Cork-Tite Insulation Tape is specifically designed for all types of climates. It insulates cold pipes for all kinds of air conditioners used in cars, homes, freezers and refrigerators. Helps to stop condensation problems. Ideal for retarding heat gain in cold pipes and preventing heat loss in hot pipes. It is also an effective sound dampening material, and can be used for gasketing purposes. Cork-Tite sticks to all kinds of dry metals. It seals tightly without drying. It is flexible and does not shrink or melt within the service temperature of -20°F (-29°C) to +200°F (+93°C).

insulation tape for ultra low door closure
FYI, I used this tape to fill the gap between, miss-alined -80C freezer doors... it works, I had to apply two layers, to build up enough to fill the gap, but i finally managed to seal the miss-alinement....
but note: 1st, at < -10c this tape becomes very ridged... so set the doors against the seal when it is warm (RT) if you can, and 2nd the tape is sticky on both sides, so keep the backing on until you know you have the right seal, then remove the backing and lightly dust the tape with "baby power" to de-tack the tape's surface...

Stop condensation on refrigerator pipes
I used this product to insulate refrigeration pipes that continuously had condensation dripping of them .
Follow the good instructions on the box and wrap the pipes , if a few layers don't do the job add a few more . Easily cut with regular scissors .
I was working in temperatures of 77 degrees and the product was very easily shaped and formed around pipe fittings . I added one layer at a time till I got no condensate forming , then added a last for luck .
Great product and great price . I'm very happy with the result . I didn't find any negatives with this product .
