NuTone's One Bulb Heat-A-Vent (Type-IC) produces instant warmth with a standard BR40/R40 size 250-watt infrared bulb (not included) plus a 70 CFM ventilator. Adjustable socket for ceilings up to 1" thick. Includes adjustable hanger bar system that spans up to 24".
