Easy peasy
I like these plastic guys almost as much as the plastic covered metal straps. If there isn't a joist nearby, I measure from the bottom of the pipe held at the desired elevation, to the surface above then cut the hook a bit shorter. Then I attach it to a small block screwed to the surface above, or you can span joists with a 2x and nail to that. Very versatile.
