5 stars except for the label placement
Perhaps main reason for purchasing this was to have the grill cover the valve. I spent 15 minutes scraping the label off before I could install. Not really sure why the label couldn't have been placed on the back, which is flat, and it won't be seen after installation…

Cost effective solution
Never installed one before and no directions are included so fiddled with it for awhile and figured it out . honestly I felt stupid for not being able to install quickly. Gives a nice clean professional finished surface at end and allows easy code compliant access to aav.

Great Combo Makes the vent look nice and compact
Only 4 star because this housing is extremely small. The instructions contradict the housing that is supplied. It states that the Surevent requires 2" of space around the perimeter of the vent in order to breath properly, but the housing only allows 1" around side and back. So that doesn't make sense to me but hey.
