It is a good customer service, He know what I wanted. I would give 5 stars for service. However the produce does not fit my cast iron pipe. Both rubble seal and copper ring are a bit smaller than my 4 inch cast iron pipe. May be it for DI or PVC pipe instead. I prefer 1 star for it.

Gasket to fit around my old cast iron drain pipe was nice and large. The four stainless bolts that tighten the gasket to the outer pipe really worked well in securing the gasket. The flange also solved the problem of the cast iron pipe being about 1/8 inch above the finished floor. Where a PVC inner seal type would not work. But the casting for the t-bolt slot was either cast incorrectly (bad batch / China) or they need to rethink how the slot is cast. The t-bolt would fit into the large part of slot, but there was no way it would slide into the narrower part of the slot. There was virtually no slot ridge like a PVC flange for it to slide into. I had to grind about 50% of the t-bolt bottom sides away to be able to slide the t-bolt into place. If I would have know this before install I would have aligned very carefully the large single slots for the t-bolt. They fit into those sots just fine. But I would have had no room for error on installation, the flange would have to be screwed into the floor exactly where the bolt would attach to the toilet base. So if you buy one, check that your t-bolts slide into the slots fine or use the two larger single non adjustable slots. Other than this issue I would definitely recommend. Knowing this now, if I use one in the future I will be prepared before install and things should go smoothly.

Outside flange mount is better than inside ones.

Bought this to replace a lead and oakum cast iron flange that rotted out, which was sitting too high off the finished floor. This part is good for piping that doesn't have a suitable inner diameter surface to seal against, it easily tightens down over the outer diameter of the pipe to create a leak tight seal. It's very well constructed and uses materials that will resist corrosion.
