These are heavy brass, not brass coated steel. They will save time thus saving money from the first installation through any future repairs or replacements. They may seem pricy but are a clean and quick install and pretty much last a lifetime. No worrying about rough threads, rusted bolts, or seized nuts.

Too short
My flange was only about 1/2" below the floor, nothing unusual. But these were too short. I thought they were supposed to be universal, but now I see they also offer a longer length.

Does NOT fit older, metal Flanges
Great, but will not turn 1/4" to secure inside of older toilet flanges. How do you rate that? They should make this exact system with a thinner, smaller bolt head. Come on!
