Good Motor for price.-no wiring instructions
This fan motor is a 3 wire verses a 4 wire and the dark purple went to "CM" on the circuit board to "call" the motor on and the left over yellow runs in parallel to the capacitor and goes to LM. It came with its own capacitor so the one on the circuit board was not needed for the fan. This is a less expensive motor than what Supply House initially sent me as a replacement for my Carrier gas pack.

Motor- great. Hall sensor- junk
Ran for a week, then the Hall sensor went out.. Called for warranty and was sent a replacement motor and sensor. After replacing it with the 2nd one, it started up one time, then after turning the power off and replacing the panels. The new (2nd) hall sensor also did not work. In the end, I had to put on the original hall sensor and so far have not had a problem.

It has served it's purpose very well so far.
This replacement was almost identical to the new with the only difference being the included capacitor. It has a wiring diagram in the motors for ease of operation.

Good for money
Bought this and got worried reading reviews. It comes with its own capacitor which is nice. Wiring diagram was not included with nothing online. Looked at wiring from old inducer and found L2 in series with old capacitor and to old inducer. Wired yellow to L2 and brown to CM, new capacitor came pre wired. Also installed new flame sensor and igniter, and when turned to heat fired right up. For the price, can't beat it. Will see how it lasts.

Hall effect sensor was defective called supply house and all they would do was sell me a whole new unit not replaced the sensor

I bought this fan. I had a problem with it after a week the magnetic speed sensor stopped working. I installed it from the old original Unit and everything started working fine.

Purchased as a direct replacement unfortunately the magnetic RPM sensor failed two days after installation
Supply house sent another the replacement failed one day after
I ordered another inducer carrier OEM for twice the price has been working perfectly
Still need to speak to customer service for a refund on #2 of three purchases

Would buy again, but....
Perfect fit. On my Heil unit (Carrier) there was no port for the vacuum centrifugal switch which verified the motor is running. I had to drill a hole being careful of the squirrel cage. I then bought a brake bleeder screw and threaded it in, connecting a piece of vacuum line also from the auto parts store. I also connected the yellow wire to L2. There is an additional 3 wire connector which was not used and I left it disconnected. I was hoping it was connected to an internal switch for vacuum verification, but no, maintained infinite resistance. After getting every thing up and running it's great. A vacuum port needs added, and a wiring diagram would have really simplified the job. It's a good fix, and hopefully it last for years.
