I am an 83 yr. old woman and I was able to pull the ferrule from my sink valve myself with this wonderful tool. I had tried another type and because I have a pedestal sink the stem was too long to have clearance to turn the T bar. The Pasco worked just fine and I have a tip for those who may not have great strength - use a 3/4 rachet on the the hex end. Worked for me!

Unrealistic
The reality is, if a compression type valve is installed properly, it will be installed on soft copper.
If that is the case, you are not getting the ferrule off, without twisting and otherwise damaging the tubing.
The best bet is to reuse the existing nut and ferrule with a new compression valve.

Great product
Received this product the next day even though I didn't select express shipping. Product is well built and very easy to use. Definitely worth the money as I will use this to change out every toilet and faucet valve in my house.

Best Sleeve Puller on the Market
By far the best. Beats other designs easily. Fits in tight spaces. Can turn with sliding bar or use 3/4" socket on nut bar slides through for easy torque. Too bad you can't take off the bar though the nut. It would be genius if this could be take on and off.

Good design saved hours of work.
Worked well. Came close to using a socket or wrench on it. The tee handle could have been position further from the end to give a wrench a better grip on the hex head of the puller.

Worked like a champ.
I bought this after seeing in in a Youtube video. I was worried that my angle stop ferules would be impossible to get off because my house was built in 1969. But both fittings came right off. The tool can pull on the ferule or the compression nut. One of my shut offs has a shorter pipe and I had to pull behind the nut because the compression nut couldn't slide back far enough. No problem.

Great with one modification
Heavy duty, used a grinder to take off the flatened end so the bar could be removed when using a 3/4" socket (which was much easier than flopping the bar back and forth, providing more leverage and less effort). Pleased with purchase...did a great job and left the pipe in perfect condition.
