Only problem is the auto change over. It hard locks between cool & heat and people forget they have to hold the system switch for about 4 seconds to get it to unlock. Other than that it works great.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffPermanent hold: If you press HOLD key at the bottom of your screen, you will see HOLD appear below the setpoint temperature in the display. The thermostat will now permanently stay at this setpoint and can be adjusted using the + or - keys.

Q: My T855 thermostat will not stay at or above A/C temp I set it at. I set it at 74 degrees and temp lowers below 70 degrees. Why will it not cut off when it reaches the temp I set it for?
