Do not buy this if exposed to sun. It warps badly
This is a very poor product. It warped within one year of exposure to the sun (even with painting) and it looks horrible. It only has a one year warranty and the manufacturer will not stand behind the product. I contacted Inaba Denka for support with the warpage and they asked for pictures. Then after sending the pictures showing horrible warping they asked a bunch of questions about what line set was used, the insulation, the manufacturer of the lineset, etc. I took the time to answer all these questions (which were entirely for their internal benefit) and they responded that I should contact Supply House rather than take care of the problem. Why didn't they tell me they wouldn't help me before having me go through the pictures and all the questions? Basically they are a horrible company that does not take care of their customers even on something as cheap to them as this, Bottom line this product cannot take the sun; do not buy.

Quality parts - need to fix quantities
I gave it three stars because the kit is supposed to have four complete sections of duct for a total of 13'. But both times there was only two sections of duct included in each kit. Still, nice quality though

This items is great it is what they say it is and does what it is suppose to do. I would purchase individual items from this manufacture instead of the kit, because you get items that you do not require for a install or you are short a different piece, so I would determine what I need and order the individual items separately, they all fit together with each other and that all connect properly
