- Combination gas control for use in 24 Vac, gas-fired, standing pilot appliances with capacities from 30 to 300 cfh.
- Controls include manual valve, two automatic operators, servo pressure regulator and pilot adjustment.
- Compact size.
- Provide two automatic valves.
- Solenoid-operated first automatic valve opens on thermostat call for heat; closes when call for heat ends.
- Diaphragm-operated second automatic valve opens under control of regulator; closes if gas or power supply is interrupted.

The banger
This product works well its a step opening gas valve what that means is upon a call for heat the solenoid opens the valve. Gas comes through at a lower flow usually 1 inch. after about 2 seconds the main valve opens at about 3 inches of gas volume. It functions this way so you don't have a loud gas ignition noise from a main gas ignition. The only draw back of this valve is the initial actuation is very loud and resonates through the gas pipes. Its a drawback of a solenoid of this design. I used in my home and the price was right. I know what the noise is and it doesn't bother me. To install in a customers home will be a sure callback.

Solenoid valves are gear-driven motorized valves that will make some minor noise. The sounds should only last for a few seconds as the valve opens and closes, and can be masked by insulation and a well-positioned boiler room.
