Loud waste of money
Heat pump is almost useless. It is loud and simply does not work well. Even in high demand mode it rarely gets up to tempature. Recovery is slow and is not using less energy then my previous unit.

Excellent Service From a Great Company!
The unit came in undamaged and it was fantastic that it was delivered on a freight truck with a liftgate where the driver rolled it in to my shop on a pallet jack. Plus, the freight was included in the price. I could have purchased it locally for about the same amount, but I would have had to wait 2 weeks and drive 50 miles to get it.
It was packed very well to prevent damage. I installed it in my own home to replace a 25 year old heat pump water heater. Over the years I've experienced the cost savings and it's very significant over an all electric unit.
The new unit is very quiet. It's so much quieter than my old one. I loaded the app and it is nice and easy to use. One thing I wished the app and the unit's display would show would be the actual water temperature in the heater at the moment, but it's no big deal. So far I think it's a very good unit.
