These WILL cause leaks and floor damage
Go with the "WILL LEAK" review from the guy that's been plumbing for 24 years. These are a sponge COVERED in neoprene. Thought I'd try it in my house - I was remodeling so it seemed like a good temporary thing since we had to pull and reset the toilet a couple times. The coating flaked off in a matter of weeks revealing a SPONGE underneath - yes an actual sponge. The thing absorbed the water and was just seeping into the sub floor. Thank God I did not put this is someone else's house because it would have been a callback for certain and who knows how much damage would have occurred before finding out. Back to wax. I keep hoping something will replace wax. Not yet. Still a messy nasty stinky mess THAT WORKS.

Heck yes
I own a plumbing company and we install these if we can . Way better than wax , many homes around have in floor heating and eventually the wax can fail from the heat.

The best toilet seal I have used.
This seal is my go to for all jobs. Yes it costs more than wax rings but it does such a better job. If your remodeling and needed to move the toilet in and out it's the bomb, it can be reused over and over. If the flange to low no problem it seals. Uneven floors are not a worry. Should the toilet move the seal moves with it, it's very forgiving.

A better toilet seal
These perform so much better than wax in difficult installs or when you are remodeling and need to take the toilet out several times at different stages of the work. They also hold the bolts nicely when setting the toilet in place. Yes they cost more than wax, still they are a better value.

WILL LEAK!!
I've been a licensed plumber for 24 years. Always been a wax guy. Thought I'd give these a try. Big mistake. I've installed a couple dozen and have had call backs on all of them. They soak up water like a sponge, rust off the bolts and cause damage. Going back to wax.
