Exactly what is needed
The vast amount anchor points allow you to find a nice solid spot to anchor the flange if there is rotted wood, or crumbling subfloor. We use about 30 of these a project. They are ultra stiff and will not rust out over time. Also price is half of that at HD.

Best thing sense sliced bread
Works great where concrete is gone or wood is rotted. Gives a farther mounting reach. Bought a spare to keep on hand.

It got the job done, eventually
Don't try to put this over an old broken flange. Cut the top of the old flange off and screw this directly to the floor. This keeps everything straight and level. Just a suggestion.

heavy duty, but limited in it's use
it's heavy steel, but the ears sticking out get in the way of it fitting if there's tile or wood floor around the flange. they are too stiff to just bend out of the way.

These work ok. I like the stainless steel ones that are heavier and cover the old flange.

Perfect Solution to my problem.
This was the perfect solution to a broken plastic flange and gap between wood subfloor and flange. My toilet is re-installed after I put in a new ceramic tile floor. Delivery was super quick. I ordered on a Thursday afternoon and had it by Friday afternoon.
