Works as it should!
Had an instance in my home where irrigation system turn-on would pull water from house causing pressure regulator to chatter excessive and pipe hammer. Irrigation supply is at meter/backflow in the front yard. Used this double-check right where water enters the house and before regulator. Tested after install and no more chatter or hammer. Irrigation turn on and off is now soft. Also gauge verified no discernible drop in pressure after the fact.

Why they do not sell these @ big box store i do no know, well worth the wait found out
none of these Park Models have any protection when water mains are shut down for major
repairs people had their elec water heater burn out due to the water being drained out
this is worth the dollars to protect your investment
