Description

SharkBite swivel adapters, elbows and toilet connection elbows are made for connecting faucets and toilets. With these fittings, PEX tubing may be used for the water supply line to the fixtures. Using these swivel fittings, the final fixture connections are fast and easy using the same clamp or crimp tools used for making other pipe fitting joints in the plumbing system. Available in PEX tubing 3/8" 1/2", 3/4" and 1" sizes with FNPT or ballcock threads.

CORRECTION WITH MY LAST REVIEW
When I had written about this fitting I had said that the cone washer might fall out. I went back to my garage and looked again and I was wrong about this. The fitting I had originally looked at was from someone else (big brand name -begins with an "A"). I double checked the fitting from Supply House and found out the cone washer inside is very secure. I would highly recommend this fitting over the other one.

Caution
I would have given this 5 stars except---be careful when installing this. Some of the cone washers inside are a bit loose and might fall out if you're not careful and keeping an eye on it. You will like everyone you talk with at Supply Hose. Good folks. And the price is just right and orders get out PDQ.

Be careful
Have used many of these with no problems at all, but on my most recent job, big problem. The retainer clip on one of them wasn't tight enough, and when I turned the water back on, the whole brass piece blew right out of the plastic nut. Made a mess obviously. This is something that needs to be addressed. Honestly I would prefer something that didn't rely on a little flimsy clip to hold the fitting together.
