- Nail plate models have unique open corner which allows tube to be inserted after the bracket is installed and after tubing end has been plugged
- Pre-drilled hole for 3/8" (#3) rebar allows installer to use as a ground stake for flexible CTS tube
- Mount several Sidewinders to Power Bar to organize pipes underground before the pour

Radius is too tight--kinks 1/2" PEX tubing
I bought these a couple years ago and didn't get around to trying them until recently. The radius on these is smaller than the minimum bend radius spec for 1/2 PEX. These are much more sturdy than the plastic ones, but they bend WAY too tight and kink the tubing. What a shame. These appear to be identical to the other brands' metal supports too.

Not compatible with 1/2" Uponor hepex
Well made, tight radius, great price but Uponor hepex kinks and could not be used together. Hope this helps soneone else.

Easy to install
Used the bend supports to make 180 degree returns on an under floor radiant heat system to prevent kinking of the pex pipe. They worked as advertised. A 180 degree bend would have been preferable if available.
