Sioux Chief 696 series OxBox drain box shall be used where necessary in plumbing
systems. Box shall allow for mounting with drainage from bottom, mounted on
stud through various integral features: four nail tabs are integrally molded, metal
support bracket (sold separately) can be installed into top track of box and 696-BC
(box clip) is available separately. Drain box shall have a 5/8" integral test nipple on
knockout. Drain connection shall be 2".

The Ox Box "Rocks"!
The flexibility of having the drain separate from the water valves in a recessed box makes the job a lot easier. My drain was on one wall and the water inlet valves were on a different wall. If I tried to use a conventional all-in-one drain and valve recessed box it would have been an expensive major undertaking to reconfigure the pipes. The Ox Box saved me time, money and headache. Thank you Sioux Chief for your great product, OX BOX.

just what i needed
ox box just for drain is what I needed. My local suppliers only carried the dual unit ( water lines/drain) which was pricey and only needed the drain portion. Found it here and better price, even with shipping fee. Good deal!

Great delivery time and nice product.
I received the box quickly and the product was of the quality that you would expect (comparable to all the rest). Price was excellent for the product. The only down side is that I wish the drain line had knock outs on both sides. I'm not using the drain at the box location so I really wish the box was sealed instead of just having a cap that can be removed. It's not really a big deal and I'm sure some users would like it the way it is. Just be aware.

Product arrived quickly and as described. Some scratches and rubs due to loose packaging. Make sure you order some cross braces as well if it's not mounting directly to stud.
