This Cleanout Cover Fits Fine and Was Made With Thought
I sure have had a lot of cleanout plugs where the brass fitting for the cover screw is a threaded insert. They come loose & spin when the screw is turned, giving whomever has to remove the cover lots of grief. This one is molded into the cover.
The IPS threads are cut accurately for smooth, leak free installation. Having a cross slot instead of a single slot can be handy in cramped conditions. Oddly, my cleanout plug tools don't fit this slot size, but spud wrenches and jamb nut wrenches fit fine. (And, the age-old Channellock handle trick works.)
