Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffYou may be able to get these to work, but they would not be a perfect fit and we would recommend that you use the Fine/Line 30 end cap (part 101404000) instead.
I actually mistakenly bought 2 Fine/Line 30 end caps for a Fine/Line 2000 unit. They fit but the lock tab didn't latch down properly as the cover was narrower than the 2000 structure depth. The obvious visible difference between 30 and 2000 end caps is the bump out, which is noticeable. It wasn't critical, so I put them on vents that were behind the couch. The issue I see is that the Fine/Line 30 has a narrower width which would mean the 2000 covers would not fit tightly to the Fine/Line 30 depth. I would go with the proper Fine/Line 30. The difference between 30 and 2000 is the bump out (actually a depth reduction), which is noticeable. Wendell
