Always check the seat!
It does what it's suppose to. When repairing a T&S commercial faucet, always be sure to check the brass seat ring in the cartridge. They eventually wear or chip and a new seat washer in the spindle will only last a few days. Thank you supplyhouse for carrying this item. This item and the small washers are most replaced in our commercial faucets. If you service restaurants, get some extra of these and the T&S B-6K kit.
