I appreciate the help with the customer service as far as the product goes it did not have the pre-threaded ... I had to tap and thread to receive bolts to secure the fan housing. when I received the product and found it that was the case I called immediately to your service department the service department said they call me within 24 hours. It was several days later. I had a job to do. I couldn't wait for replacement so I spent my own funds to tap it next time.
