Ordered 2 motors and received them in a timely fashion. Installed and one of the two initially found the proper rotation as advertised. The other rotated backwards, neither would connect to blue-tooth app. Called the manufacturer Tech. Support, after being on hold for in excess of 30 minutes, they checked our assessment and said the motor was "Bad". Contacted Supplyhouse.com, they sent a replacement motor for the one that failed to operate properly at all, again in a timely fashion. When we went to install the replacement motor, not only did it as well not work correctly - also found the one that was "kind of" working initially was now rotating backwards as well. Contacted Manufacturers Tech. Support again, slightly less time on hold, they determined that we had 3 of 3 motors that were all "bad", "Faulty", "DOA". None of the 3 motors received would actually connect to the blue-tooth app as advertised to allow for programming. Removed all of these and installed an alternative motor in the blower of these two Trane Packaged Units to restore operation for the Commercial Restaurant Client. Did not have further time to waste attempting to sort out the issues with these Rescue Motors. The result of attempting to utilize this product was a client that was not happy about being without the use of their units for approximately a week and we as the contractor had a load of unbillable time wrapped up in attempting to use the product, only to have to perform a 180 degree turn and provide another solution to the issue. This is 100% a product issue, SupplyHouse.com did everything they could regarding attempting to get us working motors and then providing return credits for the DOA motors when they did not work. 100% Satisfied with the Services provided by SupplyHouse.com. 100% dis-satisfied with the RESCUE SELECT PRO 6653 Universal ECM Motors - they performed 0.0% of the advertised capabilities - all these motors did was cost us reputation points and money in wasted labor & time

The programming function does not work as intended so unless you want to run it as it comes with the generic settings buy OEM. Tech support is non existent.
