I would buy this product again

I used this solder to sweat joints up to 1 1/4" on copper piping in my home. Using a very ancient "Prestolite" air/acetylene torch and liquid flux (zinc chloride), I found this solder "wicked" into the joints and produced sound joints. By playing my torch flame, I found this solder formed perfect fillets to cap each joint, with little or no wiping needed and no drips or runs of excess solder. On a few unrelated jobs, I found this solder to work well for joining brass as well as for joining galvanized steel.

Professional Results

I am not a professional, but I felt like an expert using this solder along with a quality paste. No second guessing if the joints were sealed and they looked perfect.

Excellent product. I will purchase the product again.

The product flows smooth and compete fills the gap between the fitting and piping.

You can use map, propane, and asetlyne. This solder is used on domestic water supply. Not refrigeration. Can be used on heating also. Sent from my Verizon Wireless 4G LTE DROID
