You can, but keep in mind that condensing boilers can only get close to their full efficiency ratings when you set the have relatively low return water temperatures (130°F or below, as opposed to the 160°F or above for standard baseboards.). You can operate baseboards at lower temperatures, but their heat output will be lower -- meaning that a room may require more baseboard. You'll need to use a control with a priority zone for the indirect water heater.
