I purchased a thermostat it was exactly what they said it was it was identical to the one that I had in my home previously. It works great. It was very easy to install. Over all I'm very satisfied with the purchase I made. I placed my purchase over the phone and I received great customer service and they was very knowledgeable on the product I was enquiring about.

White Rogers Non Programmable - Highly
This product was installed in April of 2011 by the AC company in Florida when we had our AC replaced. It worked flawlessly until April of 2015. After problem determination, we figured out the Thermostat wasn't working. We call WHite Rogers and they had us reset to factory settings and then did a test. Once White Rogers agreed the Thermostat was failing on AUTO MODE - they over night a new one. Now that's customer service!!!! No cost on the unit no cost on the shipping, even sent a return fedex label on the old one.
I will go with a White Rogers Emerson from now on!
