Solenoid, SPNO, 48 VDC Isolated Coil, Normally Open Continuous Contact Rating 200 Amps, Inrush 600 Amps

I have a 2007 Bad Boy Buggy that stopped moving this year. The batteries were good. I even put the charger on them to make sure. Then got into the fuse box to see if there was something blown there, NOPE! Well then I started checking battery connections and found only one a little bad so I cleaned it and re-attached it. Still no luck. I had had a little trouble a couple of times of the forward and reverse switch not switching so I even drilled out the rivets and pulled the control panel out and checked it but it looked ok. While I had it open I decided to clean and redo the connectors so they would be tight. I finally tried a internet service to try to get a service tech to help with what I had done and what he might suggest. Sorry to say it was a waste of time. Thinking that there might be a problem with the solenoids I started reading up on how to check the solenoids and where I could even buy them. In my reading and searching I come on SupplyHouse.com and started reading responses from customers. I was very impressed with BigFoot's comments and emailed him to see if he had any input as to information he used to determine his problem. He was very helpful and sent me a couple of files that had codes for the brain boxes in the back of the Bad Boy Buggy. I used this info and determined that I truly had a solenoid problem. I was a little afraid I had a bad brain as it would not light up at all or even give me a code. But to my luck I disconnected the electricity to both brains and then reconnected and low and behold I got a code for the other brain. It also indicated that the other solenoid was bad. So I got on line and put in an order from SupplyHouse.com for the two solenoids and in only 3 days I had my brand spanking new solenoids and immediately went out and installed them. HOW GREAT IT IS! THIS IS THE 3RD W/R CONTACTOR I HAVE CHANGED ON MY MOBILITY MACHINE, THE COIL WINDINGS ARE TOO LIGHT FOR LONG TERM USAGE. THE CONTACT POINTS STAY IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. WHITE ROGERS NEEDS TO BEEF UP THE WINDINGS.
