Q: Caan this system be used under a metal roof to "Collect Heat" to for a solar collector hot water system??

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThis is not the intended use of the product. It is possible that you'd have some success if you try to use the panels this way, but you would need to ensure that the fluid in the pipes does not exceed the maximum temperature and pressure ratings for PEX and that the PEX is not exposed to direct sunlight.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffWe would recommend a high efficiency, condensing boiler. For example, the Weil Mclain Ultra Series, the Lochinvar Knight Series, or the Triangle Tube Solo boilers.
