Q: What is the ideal size for each loop? We have a space that is 27 x 29 approx. Can it be set up on one loop? Can it be set up on one thermostat zone?

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffMaximum loop length should not exceed 300ft for 1/2" pex. Ideally, they would be shorter. At 12" spacing, 1 foot of tubing is suggested per square foot, putting you at 783'+ of tubing. You would likely want to split this into 3 separate loops, at least. You would still be able to zone multiple loops together on one thermostat.

Q: my basement is all opened measures 26 x 28 which package will suit my need and can i run it off my existing hot water heater my house is a cape

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThis 750 square foot package will work for you. You can use the existing water heater as the heat source if it is sized properly for the application.
